Parents of Home School Children
If you have a child with a disability or suspect a disability, an informational meeting is scheduled
at the Raytown School District Administration building (6608 Raytown Rd). The purpose of the meeting is to inform you about Special Education services within the Raytown School District. If you have questions, you may contact Jessica Hoots, Assistant Director of Special Education @ 816-268-7000.

Sports Physicals
As measure to increase student safety, the Raytown School District will now require students who participate in marching band or color guard to have a physical on file starting with the 2016-2017 school year. This change in policy follows a recommendation made by the Great Kansas City (GKC) Suburban Conference.

Your child’s current physical must be filed at their school by September 15, 2016. Physicals must be renewed annually, and your child can get a physical through their primary care physician.

The MSHSAA Physical Form can be found here.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Activities Department at 816-268-7071.
